About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Finance Manager who will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and financial reporting. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial operations and information and supporting effective decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Finance strategic planning: Serve as a strategic finance business partner, translating management strategies and decisions into actionable plans for the team, and following through on implementation and execution.
Financials & Reporting: Develop and maintain planning and budgeting systems, ensuring accurate financial and management reporting.Prepare periodic management reports, including budgeting, costing, forecasting, and variance analysis.Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify financial opportunities or risks.Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations and international accounting standards.
Financial Operations and Controls: Establish and update procedures to maintain consistency, relevance, and reliability of financial information, aligning with global best practices.Implement effective internal controls to ensure compliance with both external and internal audits.Collaborate in redefining operational and reporting processes to align with evolving global business needs.Identify and mitigate financial risks through the implementation of appropriate controls, in line with international standards.
Cash Flow Management:Monitor cash flow projections and ensure the availability of funds for operational requirements.Optimize cash flow by efficiently managing working capital, cash conversion cycles, and capital expenditures.Nurture and maintain relationships with global banks and financial institutions.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.Oversee the day-to-day work of team members, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet expected quality standards.Ensure team compliance with internal policies and procedures, aligning with the company's values and code of conduct.Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, preferably complemented by CPA or equivalent certification.Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance operations, financial planning & analysis, and/or internal control.Experience with financial services, and operations in a multinational setting.Strong grasp of internal controls in a financial institution setting.Fluency in Mandarin and English with exceptional communication and collaboration skills across diverse cultures and geographies.In-depth knowledge of international accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to drive organizational success.Demonstrates leadership, maturity, and a sense of ownership while operating within a global context.Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex global financial landscapes.Nice to Haves:
