Job Overview
Head of Sales
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Head of Sales to join Solstice Labs and take ownership of TVL growth and protocol-level business development. This individual will play a critical role in driving capital inflow to our core products by sourcing, negotiating, and closing deals with DAOs, funds, treasuries, wallets, and high-value users.
This role is ideal for someone who knows how to close — not just connect — and who understands how capital flows through DeFi.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full sales and partnership funnel, from sourcing to close
Drive TVL growth through partnerships with institutional investors, DAO’s, on-chain treasuries, crypto-native funds, and aggregators
Build and manage relationships with high-volume retail platforms, wallets, and liquidity partners
Structure, negotiate, and execute incentive deals, co-marketing campaigns, and integration partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams to align product roadmap and integration flows with partner needs
Represent Solstice Labs at key conferences, events, and ecosystem forums
Report on sales performance, capital inflow, partner activity, and market opportunities
Key Requirements
Proven track record of closing DeFi partnerships and TVL-driving deals
Deep understanding of DeFi capital flows, yield products, stablecoin mechanics, and protocol incentives
Experience working with DAOs, crypto funds, treasuries, and/or aggregators
Ability to interface with both technical and financial stakeholders in partner organizations
A strong network in the crypto ecosystem — ideally across both institutional and high conviction retail segments
Self-starter with strong negotiation skills and a data-driven approach to sales performance
Comfortable working in fast-paced, early stage environments with high autonomy
Bonus
Prior experience at a top-tier protocol, crypto native fund, or fast-scaling DeFi product
Exposure to Solana ecosystem or other high performance L1s
Understanding of regulatory considerations when working with on-chain treasuries or funds
Compensation
Part (1) Solstice Labs will offer competitive base (fiat or crypto) salaries relative to experience and market rates
Part (2) Team members will be incentivized with token allocations from the Solstice Foundation. Token structures will include a vesting schedule for all team members. Tokenomics to be shared directly with candidates.
Part (3) Team members will be further incentivized with a variable annual fiat/crypto bonus structure dependent on company performance.
