DWF Labs is the new generation Web3 investor and market maker, one of the world's largest high-frequency cryptocurrency trading entities, which trades spot and derivatives markets on over 60 top exchanges.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new relationships with funds, trading firms and other institutions.
- Define and iterate the go-to-market strategy for credit products, including terms, eligible collateral, and use cases (e.g., market making, arbitrage, yield farming).
- Own the full sales lifecycle – from outreach and pitch through due diligence, term sheet negotiation, onboarding, and account expansion.
- Cultivate and manage high-value relationships with exchanges, custodians, OTC desks, and other partners.
- Work closely with credit risk, legal, compliance, and product teams to compliance with internal risk frameworks.
- Monitor industry trends, credit markets, and regulatory developments to ensure competitiveness of our offerings.
- Take responsibility for managing personal pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in business development, credit sales, or its equivalent, ideally within a crypto-native environment.
- Deep knowledge of digital asset lending, margin/leverage mechanisms, and Web3 capital flows.
- Proven success in originating and closing institutional credit deals.
- Established network of institutional counterparties, including funds, trading firms and other institutions.
