We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client is one of the most active investors in Web3, with a portfolio of over 540 Web3 investments, they are seeking a strategic and connected professional to drive growth for their web3 products.
In this role, you will:

Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with key players in the Web3 and blockchain space, with a focus on native Web3 projects, to drive business growth and expand product reach.

Develop and execute business development strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization opportunities within the platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and legal, to align business development initiatives with the product roadmap and company objectives.

Lead negotiations and deal structuring for partnerships, licensing agreements, and other collaborations to maximize value and accelerate product growth.

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay ahead of emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build strong relationships, enhance brand visibility, and explore partnership prospects.

Work closely with the product team to gather partner and user feedback, providing actionable insights to shape the product roadmap and feature enhancements.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development, partnership outcomes, and revenue generation, delivering regular reports to leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

5+ years as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the Web3 industry, with a focus on partnerships and growth.

Exceptional understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, blockchain technologies, and decentralized protocols, with a proven ability to stay ahead of cutting-edge developments.
