Our client is a Crypto company and looking to hire an experienced HR Director to lead the HR functions in the US.
In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Lead the Group HR functions across HRBP, C&B, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning & Development etc.

Develop and execute the overall HR strategy to support the company’s mission, vision, and business objectives.

Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on talent management, employee engagement, organisational design, and culture development.

Develop and implement policies and procedures that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and employment practices.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

8 years' experience in relevant roles ideally from Crypto/ Blockchain/ FinTech companies

Proven regional exposure across multiple markets is an advantage

Solid experience in recruitment is preferred but not required.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with organisational objectives

Proficient in both verbal and written English and Mandarin is required.
