👤 Paul Kuveke – Bitte AI
Paul is the COO of Bitte AI, a startup at the intersection of AI and decentralized finance (DeFi).
Early on, he worked as a government consultant for the U.S. Air Force in Washington D.C., where he saw first-hand how bureaucracy and inefficiency can waste resources. Those experiences got him hooked on blockchain’s promise of transparency.
In 2018, Paul joined a blockchain startup building a layer-2 scaling solution for Ethereum (they even had a couple of major partnerships lined up). Then came COVID, which stalled a lot of crypto R&D at big firms.
After a short break, Paul joined Mintbase (an NFT marketplace) in 2022. Mintbase eventually evolved into Bitte AI.
Today his mission is clear: tear down the onboarding barrier to crypto by using AI as the user’s personal financial assistant.

🔍 What Pulled You Into Crypto and AI?
For Paul, it all started with frustration at traditional systems.
“In the Air Force consulting work, there was so much waste and red tape,” he recalls. “The Pentagon kept failing audits, and people were literally losing track of where money went.”
That vision of transparent, programmable infrastructure — where rules are enforced by code, not bureaucracy — ultimately led him to crypto. Fast forward, and that same drive powers Bitte AI: using AI to make crypto accessible, intuitive, and usable for the next wave of users.
