We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager with a proven track record in managing and growing affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and crisis management skills, deep knowledge of referral/affiliate programs, and a growth-focused mindset. This role is crucial in strengthening relationships with matured affiliates (6–12+ months) and driving cross-product conversion across Binance’s suite of services including Futures, Earn, Options, and Web3 Wallet.

Responsibilities:
Manage, support, and grow relationships with matured affiliate partners (post 6–12 months).Regularly assess and improve affiliate performance metrics across various KPIsDevelop tailored growth strategies for high-potential partners and identify upsell opportunitiesDrive cross-product conversion across Binance offerings (e.g., Futures, Earn, Options, Web3 Wallet, Fiat, etc.)Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Marketing) to streamline affiliate-related initiativesProactively manage partner expectations, resolve conflicts, and handle crisis communications professionallyProvide data-driven insights and performance reports to optimize affiliate contributions to the businessMaintain comprehensive documentation and CRM tracking of affiliate engagement, feedback, and campaign performanceRequirements:
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner relations, or growth marketingProven success in managing affiliate or referral programs, ideally in fintech or cryptoExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders across cultures and regionsDemonstrated crisis and relationship management experienceData-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and identify growth opportunitiesFluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Vietnamese would be an advantage.Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a collaborative attitude
