We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a leading global crypto custodian and we are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team and you will be reporting to the Head of BD & Sales in Asia.
In this role, you will:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Web3, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystem.

Plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline events, including industry conferences, meetups, and webinars to engage potential partners and users.

Establish and nurture relationships with key external stakeholders, including blockchain projects, fintech companies, institutional partners, and industry influencers.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies and positioning.

Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and engineering) to align business development strategies with company goals.

Represent the company at major Web3 events, networking opportunities, and industry panels to enhance brand presence and attract business prospects.
You might thrive in this role if you have:

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields.

A background in payment companies is required, with some exposure to Web3 clients.

Proven track record of generating leads and closing partnerships in the tech or fintech space.

Experience in organizing and hosting industry events, both virtual and physical.

Proficiency in English, and conversational Mandarin is required.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and work independently with a proactive mindset.
