WTF is Milk Road?

Milk Road turns everyday people into smart investors. We find today’s opportunity for tomorrow’s wealth at the intersection of Macro, Crypto, and AI. Our 19-person team spans 10 countries and guides millions of investors each month with simple, clear takes on the complex world of markets. We’re now looking for a sharp, investor-obsessed Crypto Podcast Host to produce daily content that provides investors with the edge they need to win in today’s fast-moving markets.

Role Overview

Milk Road creates media across five core platforms: newsletter, podcast, YouTube, X, and PRO memberships. This role will focus primarily on podcast and YouTube. You’ll co-host The Milk Road Show with Jay, leading a daily conversation for crypto investors and breaking down the fast-moving market with clarity, confidence, and actionable insights.

A secondary focus will be contributing to Milk Road brand presence and our PRO membership. That means engaging directly with our community in Discord and Telegram, participating in weekly AMAs, portfolio breakdowns, video calls, and representing Milk Road at conferences.

You’ll also join our network of seven Milk Road creators (each with thousands to tens of thousands of followers on X) where we actively support, amplify, and collaborate with each other to grow both your personal brand and the Milk Road brand.

Primary Responsibilities

Create Daily Crypto Investor Video Content

• Co-host 5 episodes per week of The Milk Road Show podcast.
• Conduct research, plan episode topics, and interview guests ranging from market experts to industry leaders.
• Coordinate with our production team to ensure timely, high-quality episodes. Our production team will handle all editing and distribution of the podcast.
• Work with team to experiment and seek opportunities to grow our YouTube channel and create additional Milk Road video content

Contribute to our team & PRO Membership with Active Market & Trend Analysis

• Be an active participant in our PRO community daily (Discord) sharing insights, spotting opportunities, and engaging with members.
• Collaborate with our internal team daily to exchange ideas, share what you’re seeing, and track emerging narratives.
• Maintain an active presence on X, contributing to the conversation and growing your personal following while amplifying Milk Road content.
• Use these channels to sharpen your market instincts. Identify narratives before they break, spot asymmetric opportunities, and help us book timely guests weeks in advance so we can own the conversation when it’s hot.
