We are currently hiring for a famous F&B company, and they’re looking for an E-commerce Executive to join their team.
In this role, you will:

Manage and collaborate with e-commerce platforms (e.g., HKTVmall, Shopify) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels (email, chat, social media platform, etc.)

Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.

Manage e-shop set-up and maintenance: Assist in creating and launching new e-shop platforms, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to align e-commerce efforts with overall business goals.

Resolve issues related to shipping, delivery delays, or order discrepancies.

Handle ad hoc tasks as required.
You might thrive in this role if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, operations, or a related field, with F&B experience will be a plus.

Familiarity in using Shopify platform, other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
