Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day exchange operations to ensure seamless trading and user experience.
  • Identify and drive process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Support and enhance Spot and Convert trading workflows, ensuring smooth integration with back-office systems.
  • Manage and maintain admin/back-office systems, ensuring accuracy, stability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and customer support teams to improve workflows and address operational challenges.
  • Monitor operational risks and leverage automation tools to streamline processes and minimize manual interventions.
  • Assist in market promotion activities by coordinating operational support for campaigns and user growth initiatives.
  • Analyze operational data to provide insights and reports for management and continuous improvement.
    • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in crypto operations with a proven track record in process optimization.
  • 2+ years of experience in exchange operations, with at least 1 year in Spot or Convert trading within financial services or user operations.
  • Strong knowledge of BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations, back-office/admin system management, basic trading mechanics, and market promotion strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in fast-paced environments.
  • Solid understanding of risk management frameworks and familiarity with automation tools for operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
