About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Payments team, focusing on improving the crypto and fiat on/off-ramp experience and integrating new payment channels. You’ll be shaping how users interact with deposits and withdrawals, ensuring fast, secure, and intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities
Support the development of fiat and crypto deposit and withdrawal flows, including the integration of new payment methods (e.g., bank transfers, cards, e-wallets, PSPs).Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, compliance, and operations—to deliver seamless user experiences throughout the payment journey.Identify and prioritize pain points in current payment flows; propose and implement improvements to reduce friction and increase user satisfaction.Define and deliver detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories that allow engineers to begin development with minimal clarification.Requirement
2+ years of experience in product management.Strong interest or foundational knowledge in digital payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure.Passionate about optimizing user experience and solving real-world pain points through product design.Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate across teams and translate user needs into actionable product solutions.Nice to Haves
