Opportunity to Set the Right Processes
At BTSE, you’ll have the autonomy to evaluate existing operational frameworks and implement the most effective processes. This role gives you the responsibility to assess gaps, streamline systems, and introduce best practices that ensure smooth, scalable operations. You’ll be integral in shaping the company's operational backbone, ensuring consistency and sustainability as the business grows.

Enhancing Operational Efficiency
A key focus of the BTSE operations team is improving efficiency. You'll work on optimizing the day-to-day functions to ensure resources are used wisely, timelines are met, and overall productivity is increased. Through data analysis and collaboration with various departments, you'll have the chance to design and implement initiatives that cut down inefficiencies, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve cross-departmental workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration with Key Stakeholders
This role offers you high exposure and collaboration opportunities with multiple key stakeholders, including Tech, Business, Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams. Your work will involve coordinating with these diverse groups to ensure that operational processes align with each department's goals and needs. This broad exposure will deepen your understanding of different business functions and how they intersect with operations, providing you with a unique vantage point to influence strategic decisions.

- Tech: You’ll collaborate with the Tech team to ensure that operational tools and systems are integrated efficiently, supporting seamless digital operations.
- Business & Product: Working closely with Business and Product teams, you’ll help synchronize operational processes with product launches and business objectives, ensuring operations support rapid product development and delivery.
- Marketing & Compliance: You’ll ensure that marketing campaigns are supported operationally while also ensuring that all operational processes comply with regulatory and industry standards, working closely with the compliance team.

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support: Assist the VP of Operations in executing and managing daily operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and present operational data to support decision-making, provide insights, and ensure smooth workflow execution.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the VP of Operations to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement, implementing changes as needed.
  • Team Coordination: Support the VP of Operations in managing cross-departmental teams, ensuring seamless communication, task delegation, and operational efficiency.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning and overseeing operational projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met in line with the overall strategy.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Help ensure that all operational processes comply with company policies, industry regulations, and risk management protocols, supporting the VP of Operations in mitigating potential risks.
  • Requirements:
  • 4 to 6 Years of Experience in Operational Roles: Proven experience in operational roles such as tech operations, customer service, or similar, with a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to handle day-to-day operations. Experience in supporting senior leaders in managing complex cross functional initiatives is a plus.
  • Basic Project Management Skills: Competency in managing small to medium-sized projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met. Ability to support the VP of Operations in overseeing larger-scale projects and initiatives.
  • Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships across various departments, as well as liaise with external partners. Capable of ensuring alignment between the VP of Operations and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze operational metrics and data to provide insights to the VP of Operations, identifying opportunities for process improvement and streamlining activities. Skilled at presenting data-driven recommendations for decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Experience collaborating with and coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring that all departments work in harmony towards achieving operational goals. Ability to support the VP of Operations in managing and mentoring team members.
  • Adaptability & Agility: Capacity to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment, helping the VP of Operations respond to emerging challenges and shifting priorities effectively. Flexibility to support various operational functions as needed.
  • Process Improvement Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and suggesting operational improvements. Ability to assist the VP of Operations in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • High Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to help manage multiple tasks, priorities, and projects, ensuring the VP of Operations has the support needed to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
