 We are looking for a Head of Business to join their team. This position will be overseeing marketing, sales and business development. The ideal candidate is experienced in developing and executing their go-to-market strategy, setting up the growth, partnership and ecosystem foundation in web3.
 
  Job Responsibilities

  Develop and implement integrated strategies across marketing, sales, and business development to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth; Ensuring alignment with business goals.

  Set up the foundation for the product’s growth and partnership, build up the team from scratch and foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
 
 
 - 
  Design and execute B2C sales strategies to drive consumer adoption of our payment platform, focusing on user experience and value proposition.
 
 
 - 
  Collaborate with the tech team to ensure alignment and successful execution of go-to-market plans.
 
 
 - 
  Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform strategy and decision-making.
 
 
 - 
  Measure and report on the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

  Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through targeted marketing channels and growth initiatives.
 
 
 
  Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  8+ years of experience in business management, go-to-market roles.
 
 
 - 
  Proven experience and strong knowledge in B2C sales and marketing strategy in the web3 industry.

  Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

  Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed, strategic decisions.
