Job Description:
We are looking for an Institutional Sales Manager to expand our business footprint within the investment banking and asset management sectors. Your role will:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeted at investment banks, asset managers, and similar financial institutions to build enduring partnerships.

Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospect identification through to deal closure, with a focus on complex, high-value negotiations.

Engage in sophisticated discussions with senior decision-makers, leveraging your understanding of both traditional finance and the evolving crypto landscape to highlight our platform's strategic advantages.

Lead deal execution with autonomy, collaborating with our expert teams in product, legal, and research to navigate complex deal landscapes and ensure compliance.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years in a high-performance sales or business development role within investment banking or asset management.

Established network within the investment banking and asset management community.

Understanding of financial markets; familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 concepts are advantageous but not essential.

Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, tech-forward environment alongside industry veterans from both crypto and traditional finance.

Expertise in outbound sales and capability to conduct compelling product demonstrations.
