1. Dragon Farm is a unique casual strategy game with play&win elements, successfully evolving over five years. Originally a popular title on VK, we're now expanding to Telegram, adding an exciting new layer to gameplay. But this is more than just a game — it’s a Web3 startup with real traction and massive growth potential.

We’ve already:

• Assembled a strong and experienced team
• Secured Friends & Family investment
• Registered a legal entity in the UAE
• Achieved solid revenue and built a path toward scaling to the masses

We’re looking for an IR Specialist to help us find new potential investors, open doors, and accelerate the fundraising process.

You’ll be a key part of getting Dragon Farm in front of the right people — and helping us go from potential to powerhouse.

We’re building something special with Dragon Farm — a real Web3 game with its own economy, community, and growth.

Our CEO is already in active talks with investors, but we need extra hands to speed things up.

As the project grows rapidly, we’re scaling up our efforts — and we need someone who can match that momentum.

2. Your Role

We’re not starting from zero. We’ve built the game, proven early traction, and have investor conversations in motion.

Now we want to move faster.

Your job is to:

• Identify and reach out to VCs, angels, and Web3 funds who invest in gaming
• Open new doors to investors that align with our vision
• Help refine and share our pitch deck, updates, and Web3 model
• Work with the CEO to manage investor pipelines, follow-ups, and documentation
• Be proactive, sharp, and excited about helping a real Web3 game grow

3. What You Bring

• A solid network of investors in Web3 or gaming
• Experience raising capital or supporting founders during funding rounds
• Has closed at least 1 successful round
• Strong communication skills and the ability to pitch clearly and confidently
• Understanding of crypto, Web3, and what makes a game fundable
• Bonus if you’ve worked with Telegram-native projects, game DAOs, or closed Web3 rounds

4. Compensation & Structure

• 5% success fee on all funds raised directly through your efforts
• Salary will be discussed on interview
• Fully remote and flexible — work on your own terms
• Join a real team shipping a live product, with momentum and a big vision
