About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented IT End User Computing Sr. Engineer to join our global IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users across multiple platforms (Windows, Mac OS, Linux), managing enterprise network and infrastructure, and supporting virtualization environments and endpoint security.
You will collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and secure IT services, ensuring smooth operations across local and international offices. This role is ideal for candidates who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of IT processes, from troubleshooting and system implementation to infrastructure optimization and asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:
Help Desk SupportProvide first-line technical support for end users, including troubleshooting issues on Windows, Mac OS, and Linux systems.Demonstrate attentiveness and patience in listening to user concerns and resolving problems efficiently.Deliver user training and documentation to enhance internal IT literacy.IT Infrastructure & Network ManagementManage and maintain enterprise networks, including firewall, switch, AP, DNS, and server virtualization (VM).Perform network performance monitoring and issue troubleshooting.Set up and manage infrastructure across local and overseas offices, including on-site and remote support.Participate in computer room (server room) planning, automated monitoring, and infrastructure deployment.Implement and support AV and video conferencing systems across global teams.Provide off-duty or on-call support as needed.VDI and IT Services ManagementOversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of VDI environments (e.g., VMware, Citrix).Maintain and support Office 365, VPN services, antivirus tools, and other enterprise IT services.Implement IT service management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, and change handling.Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Infra, System, IDC, and Customer Support for IT-related issues.Information Security SupportCollaborate with the Information Security team on security incidents and best practices.Understand and help enforce endpoint protection strategies (MDM, EDR, antivirus).Review and interpret security event logs and support policy enforcement.Procurement and Asset ManagementHandle IT equipment procurement based on internal department needs and vendor sourcing.Track IT assets and manage full asset lifecycle, including inventory and decommissioning.Continuous ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvements to increase IT service efficiency and quality.Support other tasks as assigned by the lead or management.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5–6+ years of experience in IT help desk or infrastructure roles, ideally in enterprise environments.Solid knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Citrix VDI) and network architecture (e.g., Palo Alto, Cisco, Aruba, A10, F5).Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Active Directory, and Office 365.Experience in endpoint security systems such as MDM and EDR.Experience in server hosting, storage management, and data center operations.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with intermediate-level English proficiency.Experience with IT procurement, asset lifecycle management, and documentation.Willingness to provide support during off-hours or on-call as needed.Bonus: Experience in office IT planning or server room construction.Perks & Benefits:
