About the Opportunity: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR and Office Administration Support to join our Philippines office. This role will work closely with the Senior HR/OA Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities, support HR processes, and provide basic accounting assistance. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, dependable, and able to multitask across multiple functions.

Responsibilities:
HR SupportAssist in hiring or recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and orientationMaintain employee records and assist with timekeeping, leave tracking, and attendance monitoringSupport monthly payroll data preparationCoordinate staff communications and assist with HR-related announcements and documentationAssist with planning, organizing, creation and implementing programs for HumanResource, maintain company culture and create safe work environment.Assist in creation & maintenance of Office PoliciesManage, screen, receive and assist official internal & external visitors including government/ labor and other regulatory entities with official business relatedconcerns. Liaise to company legal partners for any legal requirements that may arise.
Office AdministrationMonitor office supplies, pantry inventory, and coordinate office maintenance needsHandle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including courier servicesCoordinate with vendors for facilities, repairs, or procurementSupport day-to-day office operations, manager and staff needsWilling to do procurement responsibilities or other task as may be required
Accounting & Finance SupportAssist in collecting and organizing invoices and receipts for expense reportingSupport documentation for vendor payments and monthly accounting reportsCoordinate with Finance, Settlement team and outsourced Accounting partner as needed for basic reconciliations and bookkeepingRequirements:
