Responsible for the overall analysis of OEX product teams, including modules such as buy/sell/convert, homepage, discover, trading, etc.

With a strong business or product sense, develop a sustainable analysis system and produce analytical reports

Propose and design experiments to scientifically measure uplift and continuously optimize user experience.

Monitor product performances, Identify potential product issues and proactively connect with the right PIC on the solutions.

Develop and improve existing data analysis tools, including automated data reporting mechanisms, automatic data alarm system and dashboard, to improve efficiency of fetching and analyzing data.

Work closely and collaborate with different teams to drive product targets

Need to support teams across different time-zones.
What We Look For In You
-
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Sociology, or any relevant fields;

Experience in crypto trading is required.

Minimally 8 years of experience in Data Analysis/Market Analysis/Industry Analysis/Business Analysis;

Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in proficiency in Excel, SQL and other tools

Able to work independently on data analysis and report;

Experience in blockchain industry and exchange is preferred;

Experience in growth departments in internet companies is preferred;

Proficiency in English as a working language, and Mandarin as the role will require you to liaise with mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is
$268,333.00 to $313,055.0
0. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
