Armadex is building a next-gen decentralized trading platform powered by its own modular L1 architecture. We're currently at the pre-seed stage and assembling our core team — people who want to shape the future, not just follow it.

🧠 What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience growing and managing Web3 communities (Discord, Telegram, X)

• Confident running AMAs, driving engagement, and sparking community energy with content & memes

• Deep understanding of crypto-native audiences

• Looking to contribute as a team member, not just execute tasks

• Fluent in English (Russian is a strong plus)

💰 Compensation:

• We're still pre-seed, so this is an early conviction opportunity — no salary for now, but we offer a token allocation with significant upside. Post-seed, we'll transition to standard compensation.
