We’re looking for an experienced Events Manager to lead and scale LI.FI’s global event presence. You’ll be the engine behind our own branded events as well as our presence at key Web3 industry gatherings—crafting memorable experiences that drive awareness, strengthen partnerships, and deliver real business impact. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, BD, and community, with plenty of room for creativity and ownership.

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of LI.FI’s owned events.
Lead in identifying and participating in global Web3 events, including conferences, hackathons, meetups, and side events.
Own all partnership communication and alignment for events, ensuring LI.FI is top-of-mind for strategic sponsorships and securing high-quality sponsors for our own hosted events.
Manage and nurture relationships with LI.FI’s strategic partners (clients and ecosystem), acting as their primary point of contact to drive events forward.
Drive creativity and innovation in event concepts, producing memorable and high-impact “hit” events that elevate the LI.FI brand and create MQLs.
Take ownership of event-related merchandise from concept to distribution, ensuring it aligns with brand and audience preferences.
Own and manage the end-to-end event budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness, ROI, and high-quality execution across all initiatives.
Support HR in planning and executing the annual team offsite, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and on-brand experience for all employees.
Define and maintain the company-wide event calendar in collaboration with product, marketing, and BD teams to ensure alignment with strategic launches and milestones.
Develop event briefs, manage logistics, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless execution before, during, and after events.
Represent LI.FI at key events, acting as a brand ambassador and engaging with partners, prospects, and community members.
Support devrel with events related to developer branding and community.
5+ years of experience in event planning, with a strong track record in the Web3/crypto space.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, with experience managing budgets and juggling multiple projects at once.
Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a strong eye for crafting memorable experiences.
Experience coordinating across marketing, product, devrel, and ops teams.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, remote-first environments.
