Marketing Lead (Education Sector)
About the Role:
We are hiring for an education company in Hong Kong that is looking for a Marketing Lead with expertise in the education sector to develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and lead generation for education-related services.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to attract students, parents, and institutional clients.

Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.

Create compelling content on multi social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches.

Track and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).

Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Manage external agencies (if needed) for design, PR, or media buying.
Requirements:

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in education, edtech, or SME environments.

Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing).

Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization for education services.

Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills.

Fluent in English (written & spoken); Mandarin is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
