Job Description

Responsibilities
  • -Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for overseas positions.
  • -Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a good match for international roles.
  • -Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for various locations.
  • -Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
  • -Coordinate international recruitment events and participate in job fairs to promote opportunities.
  • -Stay updated on global recruitment trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Requirements
  • -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • -1-3years of experience in overseas recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • -Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. -Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
