Job Description
Responsibilities
-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for overseas positions.-Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a good match for international roles.-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for various locations.-Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.-Coordinate international recruitment events and participate in job fairs to promote opportunities.-Stay updated on global recruitment trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.-1-3years of experience in overseas recruitment or talent acquisition.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. -Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
