Responsibilities

-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for overseas positions.

-Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure a good match for international roles.

-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for various locations.

-Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.

-Coordinate international recruitment events and participate in job fairs to promote opportunities.

-Stay updated on global recruitment trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-1-3years of experience in overseas recruitment or talent acquisition.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. -Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
